Import your calendar

Desktop Outlook? Export the calendar to CSV — exact times, and your own Outlook categories do the sorting. That is still the most accurate route by far.

Online Outlook? Screenshot one day at a time, in Day view. If the day runs off the screen, press Ctrl and − a couple of times until it all fits — or take two or three shots and drop them in together. A week grid cannot work: Outlook prints no time on the appointments in it.

Nothing is saved until you review it.

Choose a file One day at a time — PNG, JPG or PDF, or an Outlook CSV export. Several at once is fine.
